Privacy
This page explains what personal data this website processes, why, and for how long. Questions or requests: contact@indigothorn.com.
Visiting this website
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, has no user accounts or forms, and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts, images and videos are served from this site.
To deliver the pages, our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it against abuse) processes the usual technical data of every web request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser’s user agent and the referring page. This is needed to show you the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use it to identify, profile or track visitors, and we run no analytics or logs of our own on top. The provider keeps this request data only for its standard security and operations period and then deletes it.
Demos on this site
The Shop Answers demo runs entirely in your browser; your questions are not sent anywhere.
The “Try it in your browser” buttons open WordPress Playground on playground.wordpress.net, a WordPress.org service with its own privacy policy. The demo WordPress runs in your browser.
If you write to us at contact@indigothorn.com, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you, including early-access requests (legitimate interest). We keep the conversation for up to 24 months after it ends, then delete it. We send no newsletter and no marketing e-mails unless you ask for them.
Our plugins
The plugins run on the website of the person who installs them, who decides what they process. They do not contact our servers. Optional AI features are off until the site owner turns them on, and then use the AI provider the site owner configures in WordPress, never ours. Some plugins make other outside requests only when the site owner allows them (for example Link Checker contacts the linked websites and, on click, the Internet Archive). Each plugin’s page and readme list what is sent and to whom under “External services”.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of it, by writing to contact@indigothorn.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
